5 stars: Great app. I use it with my business. This platform gives clients another way to contact our business and engage. New clients find it helpful while theybare in our website and can ask questions. I would recommend this app to help grow your business.
3 stars: Ok app. It's free, so you can't expect perfection, but be advised that tawk.to has a lot of issues for website visitors who use iOS. It constantly loses chats.
5 stars: Great app. I get notified when visitor arrives on my website. Needs some improvements. 1. It should keep the history of every visitor even if the chat is not initiated. 2. Option to personalize notification tone is available but if tried it cannot be set any tone from phone storage.
3 stars: Doesn't stay logged in which is really annoying if phone restarts and you forget to restart it. App itself works well but could do with a better louder alert sound for incoming messages

5 stars: Will be glad if it can be linked with WhatsApp in a way...I like the record keeping which is not readily available on WhatsApp when you don't backup .
