I had a discrepancy with a parking garage where I was charged both at the parking garage and through this app. Contacted Spothero, not only did they refund parking pass, they also added a $5 credit in my account. Highly recommend this app!
5 stars: Best parking app especially in places like NYC. Prepaid parking spot reserved and only a quarter of the fee I'd be charged without it. Absolutely get this app and start saving time and money on parking.
3 stars: Hard to find the parkings, the price is not accurate, not really easy to use app. I heard the iPhone version is way better. You need fix your android version

5 stars: This app is great for finding the best parking deals. The parking garage was $40.50 for 24 hours. Spot hero gave it to us for only $20.50 plus I felt safer just scanning my phone to check out.
