3 stars: No competition. - people don't attack cos they always have enough gold to play. No one runs out of gold. Have a week of alliance battles with similar CP or go barbaric (anyone can attack any one) etc. And reduce gold. It's too much that no one attacks.
4 stars: It's a fun game. If you've played Grepolis, Travian or any other 2D strategy MMO, you won't have a problem with this. The interface IS eye murder tho. It's an atrocity of UI design. So you know, be prepared for a bout of confusion. I learnt the ropes by clicking the red marks on the icons until I got there, so it's not absolute garbage, but still...
