5 stars: I recharge my stc and paid with my visa, then i received a notification twlling it was canceled and refund will be sent to account, but no refund seen with i checked my visa acct. After 30 minutes i received a message that payment was successful, but i didn't see the recharge amount in the mystc app, the recharge was not present. How come? Why does it have to be like that. Please manage your system.
5 stars: I've been using this App since the start of coronavirus pandemic. No physical contact required because there is an option to recharge the balance through STC Pay. I can't wait for more programs they can deliver to their customer like me. More power MySTC!

5 stars: Very convenient application, truly an advanced way of doing your stc mobile transactions, the internet is very fast so everything in this app is very responsive, it also includes sms notifications, I hope they offer me more affordable internet package soon🙂
