3 stars: App is good when it works, however sometimes upon launching the app the actual tuner doesn't move for a good few seconds and constantly freezes. After about a minute or so the tuner starts to work again. Frustrating to have to wait constantly but otherwise it does a good job.
5 stars: I've been using this app for at least 5 years. I only briefly considered other tuner apps, but nothing else feels quite right to me.

5 stars: Really awesome, very fast and precise with a solid no nonsense user interface. I'm tuning guitars and analog synths and it's perfect for both. Responsive, easy to read and resilient to noise (even correctly identifies chords). A quality app with a solid algorithm at its core. Highly recommended.

The notes are prominent but the variance bar is kinda small, and its got a db meter on the side which is useless to me. It's slow to load. When I want a tuner, I want it to go BAM- ON.
