3 stars: Please help. I cannot log into this app - cannot watch videos - can't do anything really because the app does not recognize my password which I had saved in Google password manager. I tried typing it in, thinking maybe that was the issue but I still doesn't recognize the password. It keeps telling me to factory reset if I forgot my password but I didn't forget my password. I'm very frustrated at this point
4 stars: Using app for a few days, seems to be ok, till this morning, went offline about 7am, have to turn off power to camera then all ok. My only issue with app is having no night vision adjustment, on/off, the sensitivity doesn't do much. As other reviews say, setting are not explained , other than that it does the job. Has improved, but needs easy to read menu fonts. 90% reliable since connecting ethernet cable.
4 stars: I have no problems with the cameras. One is just over 100 feet from my router. All functions with the camera work well, the sensitivty of the motion sensor is adjustable to illiminate false alrams. The only reason I didn't give it a five out of five is that I need to reboot every couple days to get the alert on my phone.
3 stars: Looks like a good app but NO user instructions for the features. What is cruise control and how does it work, for one? Human motion detection NOT working well at all. I have a flag and so filtered app to not look at the flag but doesntm't detect hyman motion there. Need that fixed or the motion detection op...
