5 stars: I never review apps but this one with literally has changed my life. Has everything needed in a fitness app: the most popular programs, the ability to edit everything, warmups, plate calculators, deload protocols all built in. I've been using this app for years but when covid hit, I got serious about lifting. My life has changed and no other app has helped me as much as this one.
5 stars: Great app. Premium upgrade is a bargain. Comes with several excellent weightlifting routines out of the box, but it's very easy to modify or add new programs of your own.
