5 stars: This is a great app to write and send your recruits letters while in boot camp. You know when your letter arrives on the base. If you have any problems with your recruit not receiving a letter or have questions about letters or something else you sent through the app the customer service is so wonderful and fast too! I can recommend Sandboxx a hundred times over!
4 stars: The app is great! The only thing I would say is it would be great of the weekly summaries were actually updated and accurate as it relates to COVID-19. It seems like that's the way it used to be before COVID and it hasn't adjusted to how they actually do things now. Also, it would be nice if the news stories were a little more relevant. Overall great app though! Highly recommend.
5 stars: Great way to send letters. I enjoy that I can go back and read the letters I sent right on my phone. I always attach a photo at the end for my Private to have. I've enjoyed the convenience of using this app.
4 stars: Great app, convenient. Letters print and send quickly. Perfect for fast letters from far away Hawai'i. Gave 4 until I know soldier actually received letters and gift card sent. when received, I'll give 5.
