3 stars: The app is mostly fine, it lets you order food, which is the basics of what you want. However, some of the mobile order coupons don't work properly (such as the bacon cheese fries) and you can't modify your drinks to have no ice. You also can't do the custom drinks, even if the location you're ordering from has the dispenser type that lets you do a bunch of different flavors.
4 stars: As long as you do everything mobile, it works great most of the time. I had a few issues with a specific Wendy's not letting me order, but that has since resolved itself. The same Wendy's didn't know how to scan an offer at the window, but they did honor it anyway. The \

3 stars: Works fine enough, leaves zombie notifications on my phone (moto g7) after every mobile order. And the constant reset to the main menu is weird when I can't order more than one of an item at a time. It works, they make my food when I get there. But the experience could be a little smoother.
5 stars: This app really gives you free food! I've been scanning my app every time I make a purchase for 2 months now and so far I have 400 points and there's all kinds of food I can get for the amount of points I have and I haven't made a whole lot of purchases either
