4 stars: Editing to say that after uninstalling the app and ignoring it for two weeks, I was inspired to try again. The app must have gotten an important update because it is working now. 4/5 stars because it was so frustrating the first many times around. Thank you for whatever fix the developers did!
3 stars: I gave a 3 because when I type in specific items, I often get random items not pertaining to the search. Also in regards to the rewards, I never get the additional rewards options. Such as get a dollar for every 5 you spend, get 5 for every 20, get 10 for every 40 you spend etc.... And I spend a lot at Michael's.
4 stars: It is somewhat easy to navigate, depending on what you are looking for. The part I found a bit challenging was locating the specific canvases and sizes I was looking for. The size search is not in any kind of order and isn't easy to navigate.
3 stars: Please put more effort into this app. I love Michael's as a store and I only use this for coupons, and still experience glitches. Whenever I attempt to browse, I often run into issues that force me to restart the app.
4 stars: Other then the app runs slow and I have the best internet speed possible I love the app. Its convenient and well organized. I can order with confidence and ease in a pinch. Just have patience.
