5 stars: Careem is the best transportation app 😉 anywhere, anytime. Timing is perfect, cars are comfy and we'll maintained. That's easy for everyone. That's the best option for transportation, it's easier, better aswell as faster. I recommend it to everyone.
4 stars: This app is working fine. However, most of the drivers don't speak English at all. And some private cars are dirty and smells smoke and some taxi's doesn't have good Air conditioning unit. Also, please add additional destination feature for stopovers.
5 stars: Kudos to the UX team. There's a clear design philosophy that is consistent throughout the app. Please do add the option to to save addresses to the settings menu as well. Otherwise great app.
3 stars: I cannot select the car or bike until I would activate the gps. It is a big problem for me as I often do not require to activate gps but this updated careem app compels me to do that.
3 stars: It's a resourceful app. The only complaint I have is they don't give you many discount promo's. And these days monthly packages are not available.
3 stars: From a while, the app isn't working as before. Rides are taking very long to book. Most of drivers are very far and fares are really higher.
3 stars: My phone broke, which had all my careem locations saved, points, as well as careem wallet amount on my app. I downloaded the app to my new phone, but none of it is reflecting on my app. I think it's disappointing that I can't retrieve my profile....
