5 stars: It's rare that an app does exactly what you want it to, but so far Whisk is just right. I wanted an app that would let me easily plan weekly meals and Whisk does that very well. It also imports recipes accurately and pushes ingredients to a shopping list that lets you delete items already in your pantry before saving. It doesn't have a bunch of extra functionality that I don't need. I'm very happy with it.
5 stars: Makes saving all the recipes I find online SOOO much easier. I love how you can add your own notes and edit everything on the imported recipes, as well as the meal planner and shopping list sections! There are also a lot of recipes within the app in various groups you can be a part of. Overall one of my favorite apps for cooking!
3 stars: Nice app, however the ingredients field is frustrating. If it doesn't pull the ingredients in properly from the page, you can't just copy and paste all of them in one go. If you do that, it cuts ungredients off. Once saved, you also can't edit properly, only delete. This part is not user friendly at all. I might as well just use my bookmarks as it would be very time consuming for me to type out other people's recipes into the app.
