5 stars: I'm happy that I've this app right now. From 5'2 or 5'3 it literally help me grow taller to 5'5 which is great. The adds are manageable the exercisecan be edited ( if you like to rearrange it). Further more, if you want to increase height fast with proper nutrition and sleep you can achieve it. Lastly, I want to thank the developers (the team) for making this app. You real help us alot in terms of health and having a healthy lifestyle 😊
3 stars: I am 23 and I used it for merely 20 days and it really helped me gain 2 CMs. But have me a bad back pain... So all i am saying is if you could warm yourself up before the training it would be very helpful... And point be noted I did the training for 20 days but after 2 months I got the increase in height so all I am saying is keep focusing on it in your mind as well as the training..
