Their costumer service is awesome and really ready to go the extra mile for their costumers, A breath of fresh air they are that's all. Thank you very much for such an excellent experience, really comes in handy right now that everyone is out of work.
3 stars: The camera seems to loose it's signal and when I am away I can't see my room so it defeats the purpose. It worked well in the past when I used it a couple years ago. This time I decided to purchase for 6 months but it's not meeting my satisfaction. Maybe I need to update or ?? So I can enjoy my purchase.

5 stars: What they consider to be basic features or functions they make available for free that they could charge quite easily for. The fact that the app does more than just 1 thing is a bargain in itself. Bonuses are added that are not even really essential just to make the app functional. Setup was fast and not technical at all. No complaints or issues here.
