4 stars: User friendly app. Nice dashboard, with all the camera's and other devices. My issue is!! I'm using a galaxy note 10. Every time I use the app... And I close out of it. I lose my media volume on my phone. Driving me crazy!! I have logged out of the app... And force closed it...I have to reboot my phone. Any idea??
5 stars: Great app. Left the house early morning. Purposely left light on, am I still at home? Turned light off later. Vacationing down in Florida, up in Maine, use your camaras to check your house. No matter were you go, your always home, turn the lights in different rooms on and off a few times during the night. Someone in the house?
3 stars: Sometimes it will work, sometimes it doesn't. For example, i am in my room trying to set the alarm and it will not work. It keeps trying to troubleshoot instead. When i try to set it or turn it off coming or leaving, it doesn't always work and i end up setting the alarm off at 5 am when i get home from work. It's okay when it wants to be. 🤷\u200d♀️
5 stars: This ADT Pulse app is so cool. The ease of being able to check in on your home while you're away is a great peace of mind. Intergrating other security features such as the ability to turn on lights in the house from the app \u0026 connect a surveillance camera continues to me reasons for being a Loyal Customer to ADT.
