5 stars: Great app, with DSP. If you are an audiophile or sound engineer this is for you. You can essentially remaster your downloaded music. Bongiovi am3d, and crystalizer are all amazing and are hard to find. Core app with 20 band eq is also great. Also works with Dolby Atmos. Update, no storage permissions as of as of 9/28/2020!
3 stars: I use this with Android Auto. It's OK, but it often doesn't start automatically, requiring extra fiddling around before I can drive. Also, when not using Auto, it frequently stops in the middle of a song, making it all but useless as a regular media player. I also want improved playback by folders.
3 stars: I will give you a three-star score, but the app lacks important features. I cannot browse to the folder on my SD card where my music files are located and I cannot add that entire folder to the playlist. Additionally, I cannot play the files in the same playlist one after another, and I have to manually move to the next file each time.
