3 stars: This app isn't really that good. It's just hard to find something better. So much is dumb about the app. Low amount of filter choices. Alerts of new properties that go to a different city than was on the alert. Hard to use map view. Many other issues.
5 stars: Great experience . This is the only app you need but Zillow has more images this one has most properties it seems
4 stars: The app was super helpful with pulling rentals wherein the contacts actually respond and for the most part the listings are very current. The map feature isn't the best because it doesn't allow zoom in/out. So you better be very familiar with neighborhood streets or type address into another maps app for use of zooming feature.

3 stars: Need more specific filters for HOA's Name of HOA or Community Pool, clubhouse, Gated, guard Gates Name of leasing company or agent not easily found.
