3 stars: Good to find most items, but a little annoying that the app brings you to the very top of the interface every time you get out linked and then go back, rather than bring you to where you were on the page before you click
5 stars: So far the best online shopping experience to date, app is easy to use, user friendly and quick. Just some minor upgrades for ease of use, customer service is quick and responsive, overall happy with the Amazon app and it gets 15 stars for me but Google play only allows 5 😁
3 stars: I love this app but on some things it can get difficult to use and the customer service can be very unhelpful at times just FYI I'll still use it because they have great deals but I thought about canceling a few times now because of the customer service
4 stars: Y it is a very goodit would just be a bit better if the layout was as easy as it could be for blind people as it is not that easy apart from my map in my head so as a blind person I am used to it
3 stars: The app no longer allows me to track my package on a map when it is 8 stops away. I get the notification but the link does not open the map. Not happy with this.
5 stars: We buy everything from pet supplies to clothes (mostly on my wife's account) and have never had a problem. Some things are slightly more expensive here but I suppose that's a small price to pay for convenience and buyer security. Thanks!
