3 stars: Sound in both buds are great. However the issue I have, is that I accidentally turn down the volume while wearing the left bud. And the only turn up the volume is by taking out the right bud from the case. Samsung please can add a bud volume option on the app in the next update, so people can restore the volume in their buds even when the right bud is not active. If it wasn't for this issue I would have rated this product higher.
5 stars: The only issue with my galaxy buds is worst call clarity, i got complaints from every client who calls me , every one is saying that ur voice is not clear, does it have any noice cancellatio, i spent 9990/- on it, but i am not satisfied since the time i braught to till now, i trust the brand of samsung, bug i am verrymuch unsatisfied with it, but still using because i love the samsung brand.
5 stars: Galaxy buds are great and I haven't had any problems with them. Best earbuds I have had. The new long press to start a music app is very useful and handy, but I wish it would have even more music apps supported soon. Personally I'd love to get BBC sounds there.
4 stars: Ear Pieces fall out randomly when sweating ....a little on the large size also. Otherwise enjoy.
4 stars: After last update noise cancelation has been very bad. Before this noise cancelation used be amazing at mostly loud area. Please look into.
