3 stars: Up to now it seems cool, but your apps ask to be rated too early, that we didnt even get to try the service and it wants to be rated, before we get to see the results, i think it should be reprogrammed to ask us on the 3rd time we use it. Tha way the ratings would be more accurate , and a person could trust the other customers opinion more.
4 stars: Love this app. Works reliably. I really like the built in credit profile and application process, but in my experience not many property owners accept them. Most have their own application process. Zumper, if you can get more property owners to adopt your application process then this app would be unbeatable!
5 stars: I like this app so much better than Zillow. It's better to navigate and it doesn't bug out like others do. The only thing I would add to this app to make it easier to use would be school ratings, using a 1-10 rating scale. 1 being worst, 10 being best. Just a suggestion. Love the app.
5 stars: So far i really like how easy it is to use and pick favorites without having to sign up for anything. Also looking far away from where i am now, and not even sure exactly where i want to move, this sight is making it very easy to check out all different areas and compare. Awesome app
