4 stars: Please fix the bug! When I want to check the material the clothing is made from, this page got triggered to open the return conditions
3 stars: There's no way of setting up returns on the app. If you aren't gonna send forms out with the orders at least make it less difficult to return faulty items. Plus customer service doesn't seem to want to help. Sent the order number 4 times and the asked for it again today. Edit: online returns finally working. Thank you

3 stars: Apps improved loads, although issues when checking out, when it initially asks for your postcode, it only allows you to enter numbers which is useless in the UK where postcodes consist of both letters and numbers. I had to enter a fake postcode which, luckily, I was able to change later. Still can't save over 25 items in wishlist which is a shame, I love their stuff so always want to save so much more!
