4 stars: I have been using this app for about 5 years. Used to worked perfectly. Recently I notice that we don't get notifications anymore when our visitor leaves the premises using the exit pin, which is a security concern of mine. We also can't send pins to contractors unless their number is saved on our contact list. For deliveries, this isn't very practical. Other than that, great app
