5 stars: It just works. It gives you exact information about everything you need to know. Time schedules and on what track your train will be. What kind of train you will be on and if you need to go on another train somewhere else to reach your destination.
4 stars: The UI could be a little bit better, but at least works well, i was traveling and I was able to get the tickets that I needed and the information needed.
3 stars: This APP was Good sometimes before. All of a sudden these days it doesnt work. I try to search something and it keeps saying Error sending Info.. kindly work on it or pull it down. Its boring now especially when you keep telling us to plan our journeys with it
5 stars: works perfect. two missing functions: 1. customer want to provide feedback to further add features or improve the tool 2. 1st class compartments are not announced on the app and that would be very helpful to know up front to the train's arrival (if you missed the audio announcement in the station then there is no were you can look for that info)
