3 stars: Great scooter experience, annoying app. We accidentally left the odd-shaped admissable zone and weren't given adequate notification, resulting in penalties. Some parts of the app don't work--I was unable to see how much I was charged. Still, this app is a lot better than some. I'll use bolt in future if I don't have a car or shoes with me.
4 stars: The vehicle monitoring was good before but now its bad in the sense that,the app displays that the vehicle is static, before u realise, the app will notify u that your driver has arrived. It's always nice when the vehicles movement is in total sync with the app ,that way u can monitor if the driver is approaching or not. Thank you
3 stars: It's a great app, but it doesn't give you the route on which the driver would use, so if you request a ride for somebody you don't even know where the driver would pass, and sometimes it gives the driver the longest route which incurs extra charges... A 56 mins ride ends up at 1hr 24mins
