3 stars: I honestly had no problem with the app. I had to uninstall it due to the lockdown. However I have got it back and the verification code is a hustle. This is not good. I have tried over ten times... Kiki🤷
4 stars: Very affordable, but sometimes riders are not within the area of the requester.
5 stars: Perfect service, no delays although most riders insist on cash payments and not cashless
4 stars: Great App and efficient for transportation and ordering for food
3 stars: Should have been the best but most riders refuse or cancel rides when they findout i am using credit and not cash
4 stars: Great in so many ways, but the push notifications are way too many (often mid than one per day) and the app doesn't let you disable them.
5 stars: Great app. I use it to send parcels and letters and it is convenient and the pricing is good.
5 stars: Tremendously helpful , though network shut down in areas of wakiso sometimes.... but generally its a great and satsifying experience
