5 stars: Totally worth the subscription it finds all types of different programs based on you person and your personal goals along with meal planning and lots of little features to keep you motivated to keep pushing I love it! With covid my gym time is at 0 so workouts from home have been a killer.
4 stars: I like that the app has workouts for when you are at home. I would give it 5 stars if the app gave me a calorie count included with the nutritional information. That way it would be easier to have more of an idea to how many calories I need to burn when working out, therefore making it that little bit easier to loose the belly fat!
5 stars: It's a great App! However, I am waiting a response to my email. I understand there may be backlog due to covid19. But I hope that it won't mean that I'm forgotten entirely! Hehe Thanks ;)
3 stars: Apps is not as expected. Thought this would be good for body weight only exercises that you can easily do at home. It seems all of the workouts require atleast a barbell, which I dont have. Emailed support and they were helpful.
5 stars: Been using this app for a year now.. it's a great app.. liked the user interface.. great legit exercises and the settings to choose your type of workout works quite accurately.. if your stats are right it'll even calculate your calries for you. The workout programs are amazing if you don't know what you're doing in the gym.
