4 stars: Fixed: The latest update removed features (remote door lock/unlock, remote start, oil life, tire pressure, etc.) from the app menu. Similar complaints recently. The app didn't recognize an active OnStar account despite having one. I corrected this issue by selecting Sign Out out at the bottom of Account settings and logging back in. The useful features are have returned to the menu.
4 stars: Love the app and the ability to start the car for Summer with the air on and in the Winter with the heat on. Though one time I had locked and left my keys in the car, because I knew I had the app and my cell, but was gone for a week, but when I got back it didn't work. After finding out more info found the the car goes into battery save mode and you can't use the app to start the car. Lucky enough was able to get my spare key to get in.

4 stars: Splash screen is unneeded and lengthy. Otherwise starts my car and unlocks the doors when needed. If my phone is password protected, I shouldn't have to wait and enter another password on this app...
