5 stars: I was saddened to read Lifecake was closing down. This was a brilliant app. I 100% agree with previous reviewers regarding being hit by a cost, which is far too expensive considering it's not a daily usage app. I'm going to use another app to store my pics, sorry.
5 stars: This is a great app for sharing photos with family. We've used it since my four year old was a baby (when it was Lifecake). I love how easy it is to look back at your child when they were a particular age. Yes it was a little disappointing to have to move to a subscription service. But I think we were lucky to have a free app for so long and the cost is worth it for me personally.
3 stars: Great idea, but what doesn't make sense is you can back up photos but then when want to create a slide show you can't even use the photos that you uploaded. Now I have to literally go upload from my phone again. Defeats the purpose.
5 stars: Ignoring the migration issues that some people have had, this service is fantastic. Adding photos and videos is a breeze, the interface is nice and clean and all our family love how easy it is to use.
