5 stars: Totally worth the subscription it finds all types of different programs based on you person and your personal goals along with meal planning and lots of little features to keep you motivated to keep pushing I love it! With covid my gym time is at 0 so workouts from home have been a killer.
5 stars: Been using this app for a year now.. it's a great app.. liked the user interface.. great legit exercises and the settings to choose your type of workout works quite accurately.. if your stats are right it'll even calculate your calries for you. The workout programs are amazing if you don't know what you're doing in the gym.

5 stars: Why did I wait to invest? 🌽 I know but great app. Had it downloaded for a year before I finally invested. Paid 50$ total for three programs (year subscription) and it's simple. Stay committed and I swear you'll shred the weight. Food program is kind of gross but on a healthy level. Asking me to eat cottage cheese haha. Love it tho 3 meals plus two snacks. Most of the items are good and comes with recipes
