5 stars: Was using this app before i lost my tab. Redownloaded after i got a new app, but my downloaded movies when i attempt to play them only show a blank screen while audio sounds out. I use the same tab on youtube, facebook and other sites to watch videos, and so i cant understand why iroko is not showing. 14/06/20 Working well now. Customer service directed me on what to do. Thumbs up guys
5 stars: Love, love it. There should be an update for staying the movies so it doesn't always refresh when scrolling. Plus there should be an option for downloading in the background when one is out of the app.
4 stars: I'm having issues with my subscription. After paying into one of your Iroko accounts, I sent the payment details to one of your agents and he activated my account only for me to check today and it's saying that I need to subscribe again. I spoke to another agent and he said that my subscription was used to activate another phone number. Please how can this be rectified?
3 stars: After you have downloaded the movies, trying to watch it one after the other when you tap on the play sign ,it will give you the already movie you have finished watching. Meanwhile you have deleted it but still the title of the movie will be appealing . Also if I want to watch a different movie it want come. I don't know if it is the app or from your please aaa
