3 stars: My subscription occasionally malfunctions, denies me access to premium features. It is very annoying. Try to get it to work, but keeps asking me to subscribe again, won't cast to television. Nothing seems to fix it except to start completely over again with new trial and subscription. Then I lose all history and benefits. Love it if I didn't have to go through this at least once a year.
