4 stars: I like the app a lot. My only complaint is with deliveries to properties that are a back section. For some reason the app will take you to the next street over, which of course is not possible. This must have been an issue for a long time? Also would be nice if when you turn your phone back on for next delivery the app didn't always zoom all the way back out each time and stayed zoomed in on the area you had it on. Thank you.

4 stars: I love the free feature (although it is limited to 10 routes per month, but useful for casual usages or small businesses). Just sometimes when reach the destination on map, the address is a bit different than the one we entered in the app. So we check the destination shown on map with the one entered in the app.
3 stars: If you exceed more than 30 routes in a month then you need to pay for a subscription I like the app but you got to be mindful how many times you use it in one month if you want to use the free version of the app otherwise you would have to pay for it
5 stars: Ive been using this app for about 3 months now.... Ive had 2 issues, 1 my phones signal and the tech team help clear that up, and 2nd was wouldnt let me add additional stop. IN LESS THAT 15 MIN THEY HAD IT FIXED once i sent them a help email from the app. Overall GREAT customer experience and easy app to use 5* here all day.
