5 stars: Usable tool, surprisingly amazing customer service
3 stars: sometimes quite difficult to catch a taxi and sometimes the drivers cancel journeys. The location of cars is transmitted slowly, with big delays.

5 stars: Worked very well getting and paying for taxis in Istanbul. Having the ability to select credit card as the payment made it worth getting. Note: We took a cab using the app. Once at the location, the app was unable to locate a cab for us because we were too far out. Locals helped us take a bus to a spot that cabs were available though.
5 stars: Hearing all the horror stories of everybody getting ripped off by taxi drivers this app is a lifesaver. You know everything from where the driver is and the route he is meant to take to a guesstimate of the fare which is pretty accurate. Best of all it takes card so no messing about with currencies at night which you're not familiar with.
3 stars: Its good app but needs improvement on choose type of car that fits your needs. You may need a minivan to fit a small family but can't so because it offers only small saloon cars . Also, its not available every where... Some spots where very hard to find Bitaxi including istinye mall. If you want to dominate the taxi service like a previous famous provider. You need to take these notes in consideration.
