3 stars: The only reason I am giving the 3 stars is because of the confusing way of checking in. Besides that I really enjoyed the lady that cut my hair. She did an outstanding job and she was an extremely pleasant lady.if it was not for the really weird way of checking in then you would have received a five-star. Thank you
4 stars: Like this option. It allows me to plan my day and if I'm late it's not an appointment. I get to be put at the top of the list. Haircuts are a C- to B+ though...🤷\u200d♂️
5 stars: Accurate times, easy to use and no bloat. Couldn't ask for more.
3 stars: Would be great with one small tweek. Just wasted 20m of my life trying to check in early. Turns out you can not see wait times or schedule anything until the place is open. Really wish they had the ability to check in early, but more importantly it should TELL YOU so that you don't waste time. I was just about to uninstall it thinking the app was broken. Seriously, all it takes is one line of information on the check-in screen.
3 stars: Update App to Reflect Current Policies: The app does not show clearly that you need to wear a mask at locations near you. It shows you that you have checked in and give you all the locations near you clearly. But because covid-19, locations require different things and it would be nice if they could show the requirements. I found the requirements after looking on the page, but the warnings are not posted clearly.
