4 stars: So far I've had good buying experience, but I don't always like the way the search option works on the app. Sometimes I find things that have already sold and items with the key words in the listing, but aren't what you're looking for. If there was a way to refine your searches, that'd be great! 6/13/20 Update - Thanks for the help, Team Depop! Great app, you never know what neat stuff you'll find on here! Definitely recommend.
3 stars: Giving 3 stars, app works well but the layout is a nightmare. The layout is attempting to be chic, but only makes the page look cluttered, and it's impossible to look at one thing. I still haven't figured out how to search for anything without reentering my sizes each time and it's annoying, what's the point in asking me? I don't feel I'll be getting used to this layout any time soon.
5 stars: App has gotten me tons of cute clothing, and most of my clothing now is second hand. Very good experiences overall, only con is the app can be a bit confusing for newcomers. But, once you get used to it, it's easier to navigate.
4 stars: I Love it ! It's such a good way of buying and selling and reducing fast fashion. However, I wish you could send pictures directly in your private messages. Also sometimes it can be a bit annoying when I upload photos and they zoom in all the time. It would be good if there was more payment options rather than just paypal, maybe revolut ? It is still a very good app though overall.
