3 stars: I think gojek app is good for payment than grab but please fix system who always error every rain and anytime when i receive the order. for example: when i pickup go-ride customer at SCBD and delivery to Lotte Kuningan City till success, after a few second i get customer at SCBD again. sometimes this chance i ignored because the distance between kuningan city to SCBD is too far..
4 stars: better add send picture feature so driver and costumers can easily communicate their exact location through photo. Please, add auto message feature. It's difficult to inform customer when we (driver) on the middle of our way to get their order.
