5 stars: I really like this app. I have just subscribed to the yearly membership. The voice is a little robotic and the names of the poses do make me giggle a bit, but it is great for beginners who what to try it out in their own time away from others. I am very self conscious and the problem with groups is you cant just jump in at their part way programme. This allows you to start at any time and you can reset your program.
5 stars: Great app. I've been looking for a while a beginners yoga to intermediate level. It's got it you cant pause it. But for my first day it talks you through and shows you what to do with calming music on it too. A great added feature is that it tells you your calories you've used through the app. I will also upgrade to premium soon after I've done few classes. Great app!
5 stars: It was very fun! It wasnt to hard there was some moments were it was difficult, but it was still fun there wasnt any ads when i was on the app. It doesnt just show you how to do the splits it also shows you how to loose weight and other fun exrcises
5 stars: Simple app that does lay out a decent little regime for splits. The positioning of the ads does not interfere too much with app function. It would be nice to have a pause in the middle of bilateral exercises for you to switch sides though.
