3 stars: Update App to Reflect Current Policies: The app does not show clearly that you need to wear a mask at locations near you. It shows you that you have checked in and give you all the locations near you clearly. But because covid-19, locations require different things and it would be nice if they could show the requirements. I found the requirements after looking on the page, but the warnings are not posted clearly.
3 stars: Would be great with one small tweek. Just wasted 20m of my life trying to check in early. Turns out you can not see wait times or schedule anything until the place is open. Really wish they had the ability to check in early, but more importantly it should TELL YOU so that you don't waste time. I was just about to uninstall it thinking the app was broken. Seriously, all it takes is one line of information on the check-in screen.
5 stars: The app is easy to use, and the wait times are usually accurate. Checking in is convenient and the map of locations is helpful to determine which location will provide the shortest wait time.
4 stars: Great feature. Wait time a little off, but much better than a wild guess and end up waiting for 30+ minutes. At least this way you're able to estimate what time to head over and not wait too long.
4 stars: After a couple of frustrating weeks, they finally got the app working, again. I just tried version 4.9.4.1, dated May 21. It works, like the old version.
5 stars: I love this app. It's so convenien...
