3 stars: This app is great when used in the parks/resorts. This app is awful for planning your trip. I've used this app for 2 Disney World trips in the past year and would recommend the full website be used when planning, booking fastpasses and reserving dining. I tried using the app but had several issues doing so. Each time I called Disney for help they would advise me to only use the app once I was on Disney property to help avoid issues.
4 stars: App is completely useless. Can't load my tickets, membership or any of my plans. Going to be at the resort soon and I cannot use the app at all. Pretty inconvenient considering everything worked before the dynamic homescreen update. Pretty nervous for how things are going to work out.
5 stars: This app is great! We use it in the Disney world parks to get fast passes, find food, see wait times for rides, and as a map. It's got everything you need
3 stars: Could be a little more user friendly and give more info on when park reservations will be implemented. My trip is 30 days out and I am still in the dark..looking for the magic....🤨
5 stars: I think the app works great and has everything you could possibly need for your trip. Even as a first timer, I had no issues figuring things out and having the perfect trip.
