3 stars: Edit: It somehow got worse. At least before you could email Realtors from the app. Now you can't. You can save listings but then you have to login to a computer to do ANYTHING with them. You can't share anything with other apps or even text listings. You can't even select text to send the MLS number to people. Not user friendly at all.
4 stars: The UI could use some improvement hitting back instead of the x to close the window wipes your search which is not intuitive. A report issue with listing may be helpful for example the waterfront filter is abused by the Realtors and half the houses are actually on the wrong side of the street and instead have a \
4 stars: It's a good app, but needs some polish. I agree with the acreage comment - anything under 1 acre is not acreage. Also sharing properties should be strramlined within android, as sharing within android offers many options (ie copy link). Needs better favorite management, especially remove deleted/sold listings automatically. Setting a parameter search to auto load new properties that fit the criteria would also be a slick feature.
5 stars: Works as intended, has all the features available on the online desktop version. Responsive and intuitive. Great application.
3 stars: Overall a good app. But the land sizes could be tweaked. Nothing under an acre should show up when filtering for acreage specifically. And the app crashes now and wont open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue.
