4 stars: Great experience, I'm on day 16 and I can see the difference. I've given 4 stars because the video demonstrations of how to do the exercises are not too clear. All in all,it's a great app.
4 stars: Just my 1st week n So far App works fine. I'M SO SORE. U get 2 select what exercises u want 2 do along w/ length of time. Also no equipment is required except a pillow, books \u0026 tennis ball for max. effect. 4⭐bc there's not enuff description on how u need to carry out each exercise.

3 stars: I am giving it a 3 star just because I just started. When I do the workouts you can feel where ur working on during these amazing workouts. My breasts are getting firm already and so when my breasts are looking better I'll giver a 4 or maybe 5 star
