5 stars: Great App, very convenient, customer service on the other hand is hit or miss when it comes to providing customer satisfaction and taking care of the customer when their is a valid issue. For the most part they have dine a great job but there has also been a couple of times when credits weren't given for an app error that wasn't my fault. I still use them but feel customer service could improve.
5 stars: As someone who uses this app a lot, I can say its really good and convenient. Obviously you'll run into some problems with the restaurants or drivers missing the occasional item, delivering to the wrong spot, or the odd drink that gets tipped during the journey. But uber support is very helpful and I have never been denied a refund when things get missed.
4 stars: Great time using the app. I work at a store and I don't wanna waste my break going to a restaurant that's however many minutes away when someone else can do that for me on their own time and get paid for it. I've had minor issues with the app functions and have a little qualms with the lack of customization options, but overall I can't complain with what I got (well i can but i wont) and will continue to order from uber eats.
