4 stars: I like playing this game! The latest update with the videos are not working, or do not seem to be. It tells me to collect but then just says video is processing. This has gone on for about 5 days. Customer service is very responsive and have escalated the issue. It looks like it might be working. I'll update my review once confirmed.
