4 stars: Would like to see more exercise alternatives for at home workouts. Not everyone has or can afford gym equipment. Other than that, great app.
5 stars: Great deal for 29.99 a whole year of hard workout exercises that seem be designed to build muscle and fast. Just remember to take a day or two to recuperate.
5 stars: When I first got the app I thought these exercises looked really easy but then I pushed myself to actually do them everyday can definitely tell a difference and can see that's not as easy as I thought
4 stars: I love the organization of the app. I have a small problem with the training sessions. WHY CAN'T I SKIP THE TRAINING SESSIONS I DON'T HAVE EQUIPMENT for??
3 stars: This app provided what I needed for home weight loss workouts but I had a problem with it when it would move into the cool down phase between workouts. Instead of starting the 15 second cool down it would start a 60 minute workout of the same exercise, which then required me to stop what I was doing and manually skip to the next workout. In my experience the 7 day trial worked and I had no issues canceling.
5 stars: With gyms all closed due to pandemic this app doesn't disappoint! Great workouts, keeps you motivated and changes based on your comfort/skill level! I'm going to use even after my gym opens back up!
