4 stars: this app needs to have search enabled so it can see body text of ticket not just ticket subject. Also needs to be able to link to other tickets.

4 stars: I'm a RMM user and demoing the PSA portion. A couple of things that would be really nice would be a quotes module and a ticket sign off so clients can sign that work orders have been completed. Also just posting to see if you read these and care. If I get a reply within a few days I'll be a customer for life.
