3 stars: It is a great way to track your calories. There is an impressive number of foods in their database. I'm less pleased with the number of exercises to choose from. There is no way to accurately enter boxing HIIT classes like Rumble fitness classes.
5 stars: Exellent app. Syncs with Google Fit. 8t also syncs with my Garmin tracker. It would be great if it would sync with Garmin Connect. But syncing with my Garmin tracker gives me all the info I need to keep track of my diet, calories, and vitamins and minerals. This is the best dietary app I've ever found and used.
5 stars: I love this app.. for anyone looking to improve their diet, this app gives wonderful and insightful nutrition facts so you can see what youre REALLY eating. I have already lost almost 40 (FORTY!) lbs with help from the basic, and advanced, features for tracking blood sugar and insulin. Very easy to use.
5 stars: An actually helpful weight loss app. There ARE in app purchases but it's nothing that you need to buy to use the app. It's really helpful to log everything you eat \u0026 how much water you drink. It's also nice to see your progress as you go.
5 stars: Easy to use, lots of data, you can see how much fat your are eating as opposed to calories and carbs etc. Very informative. I tried a few others and uninstalled them very quickly, this one is pretty good.
