5 stars: Just started using DoorDash last week. I've used it a totally of 3 times and Everytime the driver has been early for food drop off, which is amazing! The app did have issues yesterday and today with not letting me order (not responding) but I simply uninstalled then reinstalled and if was fine. I am having trouble being able to rate my order/driver which I would like to do. I click the button but nothing happens.
3 stars: Generally a good app, but recently (I'm assuming due to quarantine and most people staying home during the current climate) the app has been bogged down. I can't order from ANYWHERE. Every time I put something in my cart and go to check out, it tells me the place is closed (even though the place is shown open) or the app shuts down completely. If I can't even order food, what's the point?
3 stars: Good app. Loving the free delivery at the moment. But too many options which is a shame. The app is quite buggy when tracking the driver. Very inconvenient in that way. The movement isn't updated. And after ordering sometimes you can't even go to check the status to see if food is cooking etc
4 stars: The app works just fine, the dashers are usually pretty good too. Occasionally you get someone who doesn't feel like showing up or who brings you an order that reeks of weed/cigarettes but the people at door dash are quick to sort things out when there is a major issue. And since I can't leave my house to get my own food right now, I'm not so both...
