5 stars: I tried this to work out at home since the gym closed. After a few sessions I subscribed. App has been great and progression with different exercises keeps me interested in coming back. It is like having a personal trainer. I will stick to this once the pandemic is over. The annual subscription costs less than a month at the gym, and I have my own trainer on top of that.
4 stars: one of the best workout apps I've found . it would be nice to have longer times in some of the workouts or reps but you can create a workout with longer reps so that's good. it would be nice to edit created workouts more if it's not quite right . as an everyday app to make sure you get something done its brilliant easy to follow with good instructions and variety
3 stars: The exercises are pretty good and include a warm up at the beginning of every exercise, but you have to pay for the recovery part after finishing the exercise or download another app that offers free stretching exercises. The policy applied here is the same as being offered a free trip to somewhere and once you arrive to the destination, you'll have to pay for the return ticket...
4 stars: It's a good app for those that are trying to find a way to get back into pt. It's very cardio centric. It has very basic w/o more come with subscription. It would be nice to include routines for the 50 and older crowd.
