5 stars: I have no problem paying the pro version because it is perfect: it has different levels for working out, classes with trainers and a full book of recipes which have different dietary needs and let you export the shopping list. It has helped me to order my life.
5 stars: Since we have been on quarantine I haven't been able to workout with my normal group... This app is fantastic for a quick workout the actually works you out. The pro version is pricey for me but I am enjoying the free trial.
4 stars: Great app, the workouts are very good and you have a wide variety of courses to choose from - however, you can only do the beginner sessions for the different types of workout if you dont pay. Even so, it's a very good app. I reccomend.
5 stars: I used this app when I needed to loose weight for my wedding dress and now after I had my baby. The quick workouts are perfect for my schedule and how much weight I'm trying to loose; what I want to build up.
5 stars: Have free plan. Creat profile based on body type and weight questions. Gives workouts (option for warm up and cool down). Rate workout based on if it was to easy,perfect, to hard. Thwn, of you loved it. You tailor your workouts.
