5 stars: First app to help achieve my goals of being healthy. Tons for free and plenty if you pay. Short videos if you are new and don't know the exercises and a way to track heart rate, past sessions and plan for future ones. Love it with the heart rate monitor too
4 stars: It's good but doesn't give any time between exercises to get in position for the next one, so you kind of miss some of the exercise time....
4 stars: Excellent. Easy to find workouts for your preference. No equipment required for full home workout. Free version is superb.
5 stars: An helpful app to set goals and become part of a community. It has the options to create your own workout routines that's a plus.

4 stars: The app is really nice. I chose this app mostly because of the integration with wearOS. I give it 4 stars because the wearOS app is a little buggy. One of the most annoying bug is that if you somehow close the watch app, you can't open it again and resume the workout, you need to restart the workout to sync with watch. A resync with watch button would be amazing. Also I would prefer the reps done button...
